INGREDIENTS

  • ¾ cup coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoon pumpkin puree
  • 1 tablespoon MCT oil
  • 1 tsp chai tea
  • 1 tsp alcohol free vanilla
  • ½ tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • ½ frozen avocado

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a blender place all the ingredients and blend until smooth
  2. Pour in a glass and serve
